HOW IT'S DONE

OUR MODEL

Repentance
A call for governmental, corporate, educational, and religious institutions to acknowledge, apologize and abandon systemic apparatuses of racism and bias.

Reform/Replace/Re-Imagine
Systemic - Policing policies and practices
Standardization - National brutality standard; citizen review, independent investigation or significant complaints of abuse and rights violations
Structural - How police are hired, trained, evaluated, and promoted (FOP)

Refocus
Finance - Redirecting monies from police budgets to community initiatives that service people and help reduce crime.
Futures Development - Creation and expansion of juvenile justice programs to mitigate in this area
WHAT WE DO

CLEARINGHOUSE

To have one centralized organization purposed to organize our community for action around systemic injustice. To maintain cross-denominational/organizational/regional support.
